Your journey, clearly organized
How It Works: Your Treatment Journey in Istanbul
Planning treatment abroad can involve many decisions. I help keep the process clear and organized — from your first message and preliminary review to practical coordination and follow-up.
Your Journey, Step by Step
Five clear steps — from your first message to follow-up after treatment.

Step 1
Share Your Goals
Tell me which treatment you are considering and what you would like help with. You do not need to send medical records in your first message.

Step 2
Preliminary Review
Where appropriate, your information is shared with a suitable healthcare professional for an initial remote review. It is not a diagnosis.

Step 3
Understand Your Plan
I help you understand the review, the proposed next steps, and what still needs to be confirmed in person by the treating provider.

Step 4
Coordinate Your Trip
If you decide to proceed, I help organize appointments and share practical guidance on travel and accommodation with independent providers.

Step 5
Follow-Up
After treatment, I help keep communication with your treating provider organized and guide you to the right follow-up steps.
Important Notes
- What “preliminary” means. A remote review is based on the information and photos you share. It is not a diagnosis, and your plan may change after an in-person examination, tests, or a review of complete medical records.
- Who makes clinical decisions. Final diagnosis, treatment suitability, risks, and clinical decisions remain with the treating healthcare professional or provider.
- Your privacy. You do not need to send medical records or photos in your first message. Health information is requested only when it is needed for a preliminary review and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Quick Questions
Does medtour.ist perform the treatment?
No. I am a coordinator and patient guide. Diagnosis, suitability, and treatment are the responsibility of the licensed healthcare professional or provider.
Is the treatment plan I receive final?
No. A remote review is preliminary. Your plan, and any quotation, may change after an in-person examination, tests, or a review of complete medical records.
How much will my treatment cost?
Costs depend on your individual plan and the provider’s assessment. Any pricing information is shared with you personally once a preliminary review is available.
Support in Your Language
I speak with patients directly in English and Turkish. For French, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Russian, interpreter support can be requested, where available, so you can ask questions and follow each step in your own language.
