All-on-4 and All-on-6 in Istanbul, Turkey
All-on-4 and All-on-6 replace a full arch of teeth with a fixed bridge held by four or six implants. Plans commonly involve two trips: implants and temporary teeth first, then the final bridge after healing. Your dentist confirms the number of visits after your scan.

Who May Be a Candidate?
Full-arch implants are usually considered for people who are missing most teeth in one jaw, or whose remaining teeth cannot be saved. Bone volume, gum health, and general health are checked with a 3D scan before any plan is made. Your dentist decides whether a full-arch solution is suitable.
All-on-4 vs. All-on-6
| All-on-4 | All-on-6 | |
|---|---|---|
| Implants per jaw | Four | Six |
| Bone | Often planned when bone is limited, using angled back implants | Usually needs more available bone |
| Load | Shared by four implants | Shared by six implants |
| Who decides | Your dentist, after a 3D scan | Your dentist, after a 3D scan |

All-on-4 and All-on-6 FAQ
Will I have teeth between visits?
Usually yes. Many plans include a fixed temporary bridge after implant placement, if your dentist finds it suitable.
Can All-on-4 be done in one trip?
Some steps can, but the final bridge normally waits until the implants have healed, so most plans need a second visit.
Which material is used for the final bridge?
Final bridges are often made of zirconia or other durable materials. Your dentist explains the options for your case.
